The Daytona International Speedway in Florida is buzzing with activity ahead of the iconic 24 Hours of Daytona. Among the thrilling support races on the schedule is the Michelin Pilot Challenge, an IMSA (International Motor Sport Association) championship that brings together top talent from the global motorsport scene. Representing Brazil, Celso Neto (AMED / Dipromed / LS Interbank / SODI USA by Velocity Racing / Team: Precision Racing LA) is fully focused behind the wheel of the Audi RS3 fielded by Precision Racing LA in the fiercely competitive TCR class.

After two intense practice sessions—where Celso was the faster of the pair in the first session, and Ryan Eversley led the second—the drivers returned to the track for qualifying. Driving the #7 Audi, Neto set a time of 1:57.454, securing fourth place on the TCR grid. This strong performance puts the duo in a strategic position for the endurance race.

"I’m very happy with the performance in qualifying," Celso celebrated. "Securing the second row at such a challenging track is a great start. The car feels well-balanced, and we’ve worked hard to find the best setup during practice. I’m confident for the race, but I know we’ll need to be consistent and strategic to achieve a good result."

Celso Neto will take on the responsibility of starting the race this Friday, driving the Audi RS3 for the first two hours. "My priority will be to maintain the pace and hand over the car in good condition to Ryan," commented the Brazilian. "The Michelin Pilot Challenge is a high-level race, and strategy plays a crucial role."

The race is set to start at 1:45 PM Eastern Time, or 3:45 PM for Brazilian fans, who can watch the action live on IMSA’s official YouTube channel. For Celso Neto, this is another chance to showcase the strength of Brazilian motorsport on the international stage.

The Michelin Pilot Challenge will run for four hours, promising excitement for motorsport enthusiasts. While Celso prepares to deliver his best in the opening stint, Ryan Eversley will take over in the final phase, aiming to bring Precision Racing LA a standout result.
